Looks like all H&R singles will be discontinued soon (the rimfires already have been):

Permanently or temporarily?, dunno.

I talked to H&R (Madison C/S) on 13 JAN 15. I was told that production of Handi-s and Pardners continues, with no established drop-dead date. There is anecdotal evidence that H&R is still issuing service request numbers for the Barrel Accessory Program for barrels that remain in stock, even though it was announced to end 31 DEC 14. H&R will continue to offer Pardner Pump shotguns (China) and Excell semi-auto shotguns (Turkey). It's likely that there will be no official news until the SHOT Show, when gun writers will be asking picked questions. N.B., there is no H&R booth booked at SHOT.
